Bench Press Super Sets
50 reps on bench press in the least amount of sets possible. (135/95) RX (95/65) scaled
Everytime you rack the bar-200 meter run
Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 min. of:
7 push presses
♀ 125-lb. deadlift, 55-lb. push press
♂ 185-lb. deadlift, 85-lb. push press
Rest 5 minutes and repeat
